If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the merchandise for a full refund or an exchange. You must post mark the return within four weeks (20 business days) of the delivery date and the merchandise must be unopened and unused. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and assuring the safe return of all merchandise. It is highly recommended that you use some form of certified mail to insure delivery and purchase insurance if possible. We are not responsible for any returns that we do not receive.
To initiate a return, please call 1-888-658-8111. A customer service representative will intiate the return for you. You will then need to mail the merchandise to the address below with your purchase order and contact information. Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will issue a refund or ship your new merchandise.
After 20 business days, all sales are final.

Warranty
Manufacturer Warranty is 90 days from the original date of purchase. Within the warranty period, optional extended warranty may be purchased to extend the manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to membership plan for more details. The extended warranty is only available for Sonocaddie unit and does not include accessories and components. And any repair or replacement of the product will be covered by Sonocaddie at no charge for parts or labor.
To obtain a warranty service, purchaser must require a RMA number and return the item postpaid with the proof the original purchase date and return to the address. Please email to require a RMA number and further information. We reserve the right to either replace or exchange defect unit.
The above warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident, improper use, misuse or other human errors, and defects from installation and batteries. Our warranty service departments will double check the item if the unit is valid for warranty service.
With invalid warranty service or period, purchaser will be notified all the cost for parts, labor, and shipping cost. Therefore, please contact our warranty service department for further details.
